Gigantic is a movie that is a series of scenes that just as they begin to become interesting, they end and another one begins, never reaching their full potential. Quite disappointing when the movie would have been much better if it stayed on course to a more interesting conclusion. Overall, it's a series of lost opportunities and then it ends. Paul Dano plays the quiet indie film guy and Zooey is the peculiar girl he falls for. Sub-standard indie crap, and I even like both of these actors. I liked John Goodman's character the best. What was up with Zach Galifianakis as a homeless hitman stalking Paul, but in the end all the times he got his ass kicked it may have been him playing Fight Club? Nothing is explained to any end in this film.
The only thing gigantic about this is Paul Dano's chin. He could give two people chin implants and still have enough left for himself. Leno ain't got nothing on Dano's chin.
