I'm still trying to decide how I feel about Benjamin Button. Clocking in at 2:40 in length, the movie tries your patience. There is plenty going on as the movie tracks 80 years of Benjamin's life, but parts of it feel forced and drawn out. It just might be one of the slowest developing movies I've watched in a long time. A perfect example of this is the explanation of how someone broke their leg that goes on for about 5 minutes. Was that really necessary? The story definitely has a lot going for it and it does come together in the end, though I think it could have been done 30 minutes faster.
