So far, Bad Guy is the first bad Kim Ki-duk film - I have loved the other films of his including The Isle, Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring, 3-Iron, The Bow, and Time. In Bad Guy, a college girl is setup as a pickpocket and forced to into prostitution to pay back the money that was stolen. Somehow she develops feelings for the man that got her into this situation. In other Kim films you can understand where the characters are coming from and it makes sense - Bad Guy was just a bad idea.
